Suprajit Engineering Recruitment 2023 Overview :

Qualification & Experience :

• Diploma/BE in Mechanical with 2 to 4 years experience in PPC.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities :

• Heading the entire plant Production planning and control activities includes monthly, weekly , biweekly, daily.
• Preparation of plan for the month
• Machine loading charts
• Daily follow up, course correction of production to ensure achieving the customer requirements and maintaining stock.
• SCM
• Exposure in time study
• Material movement flow study and optimize
• Exposure in QMS
• Job work follow up with SCM
• Coordination with production and SCM to achieve 100% delivery performance
• Wherever required escalation to management about non performance or non achievements
• Maintaining TS 16949 documents
• Able to analyse customer schedule variation
• MIS to various heads about variation in the achievement against the plan.
• Follow Kanban system of production to ensure sufficient stock at the customer end and our end at any point of time.
