Qualification :
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & communication from Govt. Polytechnic College.
Experience :
- Minimum experience of 3 to 8 years in hard core Maintenance.
- Person who has experience on Gravity Die casting Machine , PLC / CNC system with a command on Siemens & Fanuc System will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Good exposure in troubleshooting, analysis of PM, Breakdown, Predictive maintenance of Machine Tools.
- Good exposure in PLC & CNC control systems diagnosis, retrofitting, system selection & application understanding for machine tool application.(Fanuc & Siemens system).
- Strong Mechatronics skill specially machine tool & automation application.
- Understanding of Induction Hardening , Heat Treatment , Extrusion Presses, Spindles, Hydraulics, bearings, Grinding Operations, pneumatics assemblies / Circuits & diagnosis.
