Saint Gobain Recruitment 2023 Overview :

Qualification :

• Diploma in Mech/Civil/Fabrication with 6 months experience OR
• BE in Mech/Civil with 6 months – 2 years experience in Glass, Hardware or Glass processing and installation related trade.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Planning, execution and supervision of installation activities at Site premises.
• Coordination with SG assured processors and processing plant for ensuring timely supplies.
• Supporting and coordinating with authorized service partners.
• Site measurements, Pre-site inspection survey, Post installation services, CAPA of Site premises.
• Post installation audit, checklist preparation and site validation.
• Project Validation and Issue of completion certificate to the customer and collecting customer testimonials.
• Channel Partner management.
• Installer and Channel Partner training.
• Installer rating analysis, TAT analysis with site mapping.
• Is accountable primarily for the Installation of Shower Enclosures, Kitchen shutters, RTU, Windows and wardrobes but will also look for opportunity for other products and its KRA includes
