Qualification :

• Diploma/BE in Electronics & Electrical

Experience : 

• Experience: 1 to 4 Years
• Looking For Electronics & electrical Manufacturing /Testing Experience

Job Description : 

1. Manufacturing and testing of Critical units.
2. Planning, scheduling, monitoring and Execution activities.
3. Knowledge about smart controller and programming languages.
4. Ability to read and interpret Bill of materials, schematics, and associated drawings.
5. Handle Shop floor activities, Production teams, Capacity Planning.
6. Meet KPIs – Delivery targets & FTR with TOC implementation.
7. Production & Resource planning.
8. Communication & Coordination with customer for project related activities.
9. Co-ordination with design, PMG, QC, SCG and Business Partners for project activities.
10. Proficiency in supervising hand soldering, reworking circuit components on de-soldering and hot air stations.
11. Able to work in all the three shifts by rotation.
12. Should be able to coordinate with cross functions.
