Qualification :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 

• 3-8 years experience in Rubber products manufacturing. Knowledge of Injection Moulding is advantageous. Knowledge of mould maintenance and hands-on approach required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Shift Planning and worker handling/allocation
• Handle day to day rubber moulding problems with hands on approach
• Mould & machine setup and validation. Mould repairs and maintenance.
• Quality checking and response to issues
• Productivity control and improvement
