DCM Containers Recruitment 2023 Overview :

Qualification :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 

• Minimum 3 years preferably in heavy fabrication & Sheet Metal industry in all aspects of Quality.

Job Description :

• Inspection of Sheet Metal, welded parts (MIG Welding) , Press Shop, Paint & Fabrication Items.
• To monitor & Reduce Rework , Rejection & to handle non-conforming parts.
• To reduce Supplier Quality PPM , Supplier Q Complaints .
• Root Cause Analysis to fix Quality Issues.
• Handling Line complaint & Customer Complaints.
• Knowledge of Audits of ISO-9001,18001 & 45001.
• Knowledge of Welding and Allied Process of SMAW, GMAW (MIG) etc.
• Ensuring in process quality & final quality.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) as per Customer requirements
• Handling the Inspection of Incoming Process, Inprocess.
• Handling all Third Party Inspection.
• Responsible for timely submission of various reports like PDI Report & Packing Reports, ORR report & daily quality report etc. to the management.
• Process Improvement.
• Team Handling. Supervision and provide technical guidance to subordinates.
